• First Class Shipping is always free to domestic US locations
• Additional options for Priority and International Shipping are avaiable during checkout
• Orders ship within 3 business days (often sooner)
• Packages are always insured 
• Tracking information is available after checkout

Deadlines for US shoppers:

• Custom Orders- November 15th (or until the slots fill, whichever is first)
• Made to Order Pieces- November 15th
• Ready to Ship Pieces- December 16th

Deadlines for international shoppers:

• Custom Orders- November 1st
• Made to Order Pieces- November 10th
• Ready to Ship Pieces- December 3rd

Please keep in mind that these dates coincide with USPS guidelines for Christmas delivery and not guarantees.

All items are shipped in gift boxes or bags and are ready for giving. 

If it looks as though your package is not going to make it to its destination on time please drop me a line so I can send you a digital note to give to the recipient announcing that something special on its way. 

 Returns

Returns will be granted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition and returned with the original packaging. More information on returns is available in the shopping cart. If you would like to make a return please contact us as soon as possible for additional information.
